There is an Infant and elementary school, Butcher, Baker, Hotel/bar/restaurants, Vineyards, farm shop, shops, Tabac, florist and a small supermarket. The Halte Nautique is about 400 m from the shops on the side canal to the Loire and has 5 temporary moorings.

This region offers a wide range of leisure activities: walking, horse-riding, cycling and canoeing. Fishing, visits to châteaux and museums. Tastings of quality local produce: goat's cheese, Côteaux du Giennois wines, etc. You can explore the Loire by canoe or kayak, and you can fly over these magnificent landscapes in a microlight. There is Market on Wednesday in the town.

The plot is in a constructible zone of the town and permission will be allowed for a single dwelling. It is 1,726m2 and water, electricity, etc. are in the road to the front of the plot.
